State hit 16 three-pointers to down East Stroudsburg 89-79.  West Liberty used a strong second half to subdue league rival Alderson-Broaddus 79-66.  Fairmont State fell just short in a 71-67 loss to Indiana (PA), Division II's second-ranked team.

Jordan Burkes registered a game-high 19 points to lead SHU.

Seton Hill hit 14 three-pointers in a 73-64 win over Fayetteville State.  Fairmont State fell 92-65 to top-ranked Gannon despite 39 points from Ashley Vavrek.  West Liberty committed a season-worst 30 turnovers in a 66-50 setback to Millersville.

The four-time All-WVIAC selection from 1991-94 caught a league-record 430 passes for a staggering 6,177 yards during his Pioneer career.  The Clarksburg, WV native also owns the conference record with 52 career touchdown receptions.  His 11.5 catches and 160.8 receiving yards per game are still NCAA Division II career standards. FSU has the daunting task of battling unbeaten Gannon, the nation's top squad at 6:00 p.m.  West Liberty squares off with Millersville at 8:00 p.m.  Seton Hill closes the evening at 8:30 p.m. as they make their NCAA Tournament debut versus Fayetteville State. The Geneva, Ohio native has qualified sixth out of 12 participants in the 800 meter run with a qualifying time of 1:51.82.  Wilks will compete in the preliminaries Friday evening at 8:05 p.m. eastern time.
